750ml bottle. Opalescent, dark amber colour with small, creamy, fading, off-white head. Surprisingly cautious, woody and minimally sweet-ish, malty aroma, notes of oak, a touch of caramel and honey. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty and slightly woody, minimally spicy, BA notes of oak, with a minimally tannic touch, some toasted oak, a touch of vanilla, unspecific, sweet-ish, malty basis with a touch of caramel and honey, banana.
Creamy-oily, viscous texture, smooth, super soft and silky, slightly cloying palate, very fine, very soft carbonation.
Excellent mouthfeel, quite BA dominated - for me.it's a mismatch.

0.75 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before October 2026. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity, minimally yeasty aroma of caramel, banana, whisky and some dark fruits. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and quite boozy taste of caramel, banana, lots of whisky, dark fruits, wood and light honey, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, boozy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent drop, quite saturating, unfortunately not as complex as possible and a bit harsh.
