Aged sample Huge yellowish head, very dense; medium carbonated, clear metallic golden beer. Spicy nose, bit dusty, peppery. Spicy, some dry spices, mainly oriental ones; retronasal aroma of dry manure. Light but slick, undercarbonated with all the CO² knocked out in the pouring. A wee bit too light... Thanks to Stef!
