An insanely juicy Double Dry Hopped DIPA brewed with our good pals from LA, Highland Park! Inspired by Bob and Dauv’s affinity for hardcore blading, featuring THE MOST RADICAL HOPS! Specifically, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Strata. This is a hefty beer with a huge bouquet of pineapple, mango, white grape and orange starburst, along with a balanced bitterness and a big ol’ fluffy body from lots of raw wheat added to the grist. We wouldn’t advise blading after drinking one of these…it’s more for POST-BLADE celebratory purposes

Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 27, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and very fruity with lots of pineapple, passion fruit, guava and lighter tropical citrus notes. Lighter dank, resin character and mango notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of oats. Pours a rather hazy dull, golden straw color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes and hints of oats. Moderately high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Quite a bit of hop flavor with lots of passion fruit, pineapple and tropical citrus. Medium light dank resin notes with a bit of mango and berry notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid DIPA. Loads of fruity hop notes with a light, balanced hop profile and sweetness. Bitterness is a bit stronger than a typical hazy DIPA but it helps carry the alcohol.
