Can purchased at Gourmet Haus. Pungent sauv blanc and tropical fruit aroma. Pours slightly hazed yellow-gold with full white head that retains as a dense cap over the top. Flavor is massive sauv blanc and grape must. Yeast finish adds nice complexity and texture to the mouthfeel. Finishes dry. Really solid offering.

Can. Pours a hazy orange hue with a medium white head. A nice citrus deep dank nose. Tropical zest, some more dank elements, pineapple for sure. Lively.

Uhh nice. 100% Riwaka hops. Different and lovely. More dry. Aromas of kumquat, gooseberry, grapefruit but all not too juicy. A mild to medium bitterness. Macht Spaß.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 17, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and unique with grapefruit, dank resin notes, and tons of an onion-like note. Light floral, herbal note. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a medium large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol spice. Fairly strong hop notes. Really oil, dank hop character with some pine resin, grapefruit, and that herbal, onion note. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, not a hop profile you expect from IPAs these days. Oily, dank onion aromas and flavor dominate. A bit of an umami character in the flavor that I am not used to coming across in beer. It grew on me and it's oddly appealing.
