English Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale, with caramel aromas, a pleasing toffee apple flavour and a late bitterness.

Medicny hay aroma. Yellow color, no head. Skunky, bitter hay taste. I doubt very many people would like this. Faint mulberry finish. At $4 a pint, this is a horrible value.

Bottle. A little skunky aroma of hops, malts, and a little grass. A little rough for me. I’ve been much more impressed with some of their other brews than this one.

Bottled. Clear, golden (off course) ale with a white head. Caramel, malt and some fruityness in the aroma, but a bit weak. Caramel, malt and some fruity notes of hops in the flavor. Medium body. A session-style beer, but too ordinary. Rating: 5-3-5-3-11-2.7 (070404)Bottle, thx to tarjei. A clear, golden pour results in a quite small, but decent, off-white head. Malty nose with bready tones and caramel. A weak fruity hop aroma filling in the blanks. Fruity flavor with a decent bitterness. Lacks on the maltyness found in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel, quite low on co2. Decent finish with citruspeel and some bitterness. Refreshing and boring. (081108)

Fun flask bottle!...deep golden color with hints of copper...malty-ass like aroma, a very simple brew with a sweet characteristic...not as good as its packaging

Cask at Jerusalem Tavern, London. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is malty and fruity combined with an acidic note. The flavor is very acidic, though with some malt sweetness and caramel lingering in the background. I wonder where the acidity stems from.

Bottled. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is nicely hoppy. The flavor is sour yet fresh with a very dry finish.

Bottle: Deep golden coloured with a small, lacing head; fruity-grainy nose combined with a distinctive floral hoppiness; robust bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; fruity (berries), grainy/bready finish with a distinctive hoppy " tail". A refreshing "goodie".........

Golden color. Light aroma of malt. Thin malt taste, just to support the very strong bitterness, quite dry, with some subtilities. Good for the thirst.
