Draught. Amber colour with a mediumsized fluffy slightly off white head, which leaves lace. Aroma is sweet malts, some herbal and toasted notes along with some mild spicy notes to it as well. Flavour is herbal, slightly spiced along with a nice smooth caramel and bready maltiness to it. Nice bready and herbal aftertaste. Not all too much bitterness to be found.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light hoppy, spicy notes - maybe the sea weed ! Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt sugar - malt extract ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

At Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2013. Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with bread character. Dry and malty flavour with a spicy hint, and some iodine and seawater in the aftertaste
