Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, coconut, light chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, roasted, coconut, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

Bottle.Black colour with medim head.Flavor of coconut and dark chocolate,mild rosted and malty,with nice well balanced taste,hint of Wood and dried fruits aswell.

DØE. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and coconut. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 250513

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Deep ambery brown colour, close to black, with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, citric and mild liquorice as well. Flavour is nutty, liquorice like sweetness along with some ripe fruits and mild toasted notes. Pleasant bitterness, and very wellbalanced porter. For once Skands managed to take me by surprise.

Poured from tap at ØK 13. Clear, near-black coloured body. Low, beige head. Earthy malts, fine roasted, to the nose. Dark malty taste joined by hints of dark fruits. Rounded malty dry ending. Medium plus bodied. Likable (Copenhagen 25.05.2013).

Draught. Weak liquorice aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour starts off roasted, but quickly turns to coconut. A distinct, but quite balanced coconut flavour along with a good, roasted porter or rather stout base.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, straw, as well as light notes of coconuts, leading to a dry roasted finish.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and light breadish. Bitter, roasted breadish and light coconut. Smooth roasted malty and light bitter into a smooth coconut finish.
