In collaborazione con Pasticceria Giotto abbiamo fatto il panettone con la nostra birra, Magma Bianco.
Poi abbiamo utilizzato lo stesso panettone e abbiamo creato Giotto.
Giotto è una Pastry Stout piatta, senza bollicine, maturata per 24 mesi in botti di Chardonnay con una grande quantità di Panettone.
Densa, oleosa e ovviamente sa di panettone…Giotto.
Poi abbiamo utilizzato lo stesso panettone e abbiamo creato Giotto.
Giotto è una Pastry Stout piatta, senza bollicine, maturata per 24 mesi in botti di Chardonnay con una grande quantità di Panettone.

Fles gedeeld door Keukeman, geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven en Roelzie. Het is een diep donkerbruin tot zwart bier. Het heeft een aroma van gebrande mout, chocolade en vanille. De smaak is vol zoet, chocolade, vanille en koekjes achtig.

Bottle, 375 ml, shared with Luka and MiroB. Dark brown with almost no head. Chocolate, loads of raisins, some figs, nice sweetness, some vinous notes. Refreshing desert nicely layered.
