Fra fad på Tap1 mai-14: skarp og snerpende bærsmak. Nesten like flat som en god Cantillon. Knusktørrr, men med tydelige og originale bærinnslag. Meget spesiell - et øl øl for de dedikerte. Nok et bevis på at smaksvariasjoner man kan finne i gudedrikken er nærmest uendelig.

Draught. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter nice sour flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, light apple and grape (possible it is the gooseberries and redcurrants. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sharp fruit - berry ( gooseberries and redcurrants ), fruity - berry, light tart finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130524]

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light toasted malty. Sweet, toasted malty and mild citric. Citricand fruity into a crisp finish.
