Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is stone fruit, lemon, mineral, oak. Medium body, juicy peach, mineral, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle, 750 ml at the brewery. Cloudy golden with small white head. Intensive peaches, nectarines, funky, barrel, juicy, awesomness. Medium sourness.

750ml bottle pours out hazy straw topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is great big peach notes amazing oak and some spice. Taste is more of the nice peach forward notes spice and a nice barrel.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle dated February, 2023. Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of peach aroma as well as some light lemon and green grape notes. Light oak notes and hints of alcohol. Faint grain notes. Pours a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Flavor is fairly acidic, but only a bit sharp with light grain notes. Moderate bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong peach notes, but with a bit of an unripe note. Light green grape and lemon notes. Hints of oak. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid wild ale. A bit too acidic and sharp for me, but not too bad. Really nice peach aroma, but the flavor isn't quite as fruity. Nice lemon and green grape notes. A solid beer with a nice peach and white wine character. Fairly dry finish.
