Fairly hazy golden and light straw coloured body with a thinnish, but very fast-dying off-white head on top that fades almost entirely after a few seconds - like a soda. Aroma of strong grass and grainy malt notes with some lighter herbal and floral elements, but really there is a lot of bitterness, almost entirely from the malt bill here with a tiny bit of light hops showing through, but not much and no popcorn here. Light-bodied; Some relatively strong grassy and grainy notes show at first from the malt here with a light kick of sweetness from caster sugar and a bit of the flowers, without much else, aside from the yeast and perfumey hop notes that do come through at the end. Aftertaste shows some mellow complexity with a bit of the lager yeast and breadiness towards the end, but the grainy malts, light herbal hops and very soft sugars at the finish - still pretty deep and robust for the style and of course, without any popcorn notes, or perhaps I don't have as a refined palate, but there just seems to be lager yeast in here and a lot of grainy malts. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Siciliano's Market in Grand Rapids, Michigan on 03-August-2021 for US$2,99 sampled at my house here in Washington, in our Nation's Capital on the 4th of July, 2022 a few hours after returning from Chicago, where this beer was made, with my wife and three kids on America's Birthday!

Canned, courtesy of Pete. Cloudy yellow golden with medium white head. Malty, bit bready, salty. Somewhat bland for me. Light bodied.

Hazy straw body, medium dense cream head. Nose grassy and biscuity with grain and a hint of lemon. Tart at first sip, salty, nutty, and grassy, with popcorn notes. A creative idea that largely hits.
