33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild peachy and light grapefruity. Mild greasy hoppy, citrusy and light peachy. Smooth fruity. Light bitter finish. Smooth fruity pale ale, perhaps more APA than EPA.

330 ml bottle from a shop at Omotesando, Tokyo. Pours a bit hazy, minimal carbonisation, very thin head. Hops clearly recognisable in the aroma that is a bit grassy with some hints of bread crumbs - not like Cascade though. It is possible to feel some hop bitterness in the taste, later disappearing and leaving a dry void in its place. Body is rather thin and watery, only a bit of malty toast complementing this somewhat grassy bitterness. Aftertaste long, dry and with some fruity-malty notes. Overall a good and quite drinkable pale ale - only not sure if it’s really English style.

Bottled. Clear amber, creamy head. Lots of perfumy citric hops upfront. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel and light-medium body. Grapefruit squeezed atop roasty malt. Lingering mid-bitter finish.

Real Ale at the Brewery. This beer seems slightly different every time. Orange / amber color. No head at all! Strong fruit aroma with big hops and a touch of bubblegum, caramel malt. Quite flat. Little carbonation. Great hop flavor, round as hell. Decent caramel malt. Peppery, citrus. Great hop finish. This has been variable. Here I rate the best.

Draught at Thrash Zone. I got really excited about this brew when I saw it on the tap list because it said it had been specially dry hopped for Thrash and I hadn’t had a well hopped beer lately. The copper body with a frothy white head made me even more excited. The intense aroma of floral, citrus, orange, and caramel malts made my mouth water. The subdued flavor that was full of earth and grass brought me back to ground. Sadly the flavor just doen’t back up the aroma. Not bad, but a little dissapointing.
