Bottle from Gloucester Servives, sampled back in Sept 2015. Pours clear dark gold, the merest smidge of white foam. Aroma: apple, apple skins, subtle whisky barrel. Taste: medium dry, apple flesh, apple juice, tangy apple, subtle whisky barrel character. Medium body with almost no head.
