Blimp is a traditional Czech style Pilsner brewed with Pilsner malt, Vienna malt and Cara-Pils. Hopped only with Czech Saaz - it’s biscuity, bitter and spicy. Canned straight from the tank; no fining, no filtration and no pasteurisation.

Can online from Red Elephant Beer Cellar, Truro. Pours almost clear gold with a white cap. Aroma: doughy grains, grass, hay. Taste: light sweet & bitter, clean, crisp, bread, cereal, straw, grass. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Good one.

Can at home picked up from beer shop Hitchin. A mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothywhite head. Aroma is classic lager notes, bitter, grassy wet hop, earthy grains. Flavour is composed earthy cereal, wet grass, straw, dampp hay, tangy finish. Palate is semi crisp, airy carbonation, light tang,

Can at All Good Beer - Hackney Downs. Pours clear gold with a creamy, pure white head. Light-medium sweet flavour, note of pale bread, light doughy biscuits, low bitterness, nips of fresh cereal, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, well balanced. Tasty overall.
