A triple hopped IPA that packs a whole tepee full of taste! and bristling with flavour from the blend of punchy aroma hops. Honey orange in colour, with aromas of mango and citrus rising to a pleasant and balanced bitterness. A dry finish that leaves you wanting more!

Keg at Amersham beer shop, Amersham, Bucks. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes vaguely similar, slightly hoppy, some caramel, malty. Bit of a mish mash this one, no way is it an American Double IPA.

Tap at Craft Islington, 2nd March 16. Pours a copper colour. Aroma is caramel, malts, maybe fruit. Taste is malt forward, fairly sweet, some bitter citrus hops. Nice stuff, but no hoppy enough for me

Bottle from Latitude, Leeds. Hazy amber with a small head. Strong tasting and its strength is also evident in its nose, however in both you get a stated enough tropical fruitiness.

500ml Bottle - Gold/light amber in colour. Lemon, marmalade and grapefruit in the aroma. Lemon, grapefruit, mango and orange peel feature in the hoppy, fruity and slightly tangy taste. A decent drop.

Clear golden beer with a faint grassy aroma. Flavour is surprisingly gentle. Lemon, hops and a fresh, grassy feel in the mouth.

Bottle from Ales By Mail [040314] BBE Jun 14
Amber, clear, off white head
Aroma of soft pine, sweet caramel malt, slight tropical fruit, some caramelised orange
Taste of sweet fruity caramel, caramelised orange, slight tropical notes, some hop resins, not that hoppy, fairly malty
Palate - soft carb, medium body, oily texture. Finish as main flavour, sweet fruity malts
Overall - Not that hoppy, bottle seems a bit old, not too bad but not that exciting either

Keg at Tapped Leeds. Pours very clear gold, thin white head. Big resin and citrus aromas, light caramel. Big hop bitterness, but nice balancing caramel sweetness. Clean finish. Very nice.

Bottle, Beer Ritz, Leeds. Murky amber pour with a nicely lingering white head. Fruity, hoppy nose. Sweetish flavour, abv well masked. Some fairly robust hop. Lingering bitter finish. Pretty good but really the name demanded that this should be great.
