DØE. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 290515

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, dark roasted, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and bread, leading to a dry finish.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Quite much pitch black colour, small head. Aroma is ripe fruits, hops, some mild toasted notes as well as some toffee. Flavour is liquorice, vanilla, ashes, ripe fruits and some other fruits and mild toffee as well. Quite mellow, but still with a good porter punch to it.

KØ13. Good vinous aroma. Black colour. Almost no head. The flavour is nice, bready, vinous. Well-balanced.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is breadish and toasted malty. Bitter and toasted malty. Light sweet and breadish to dry malty. Bitter and toasted malty finish.
