Keg tap at the Needle & Pin, Loughborough. Light yellow with some cloudiness, and a ring of white head. Generous lacing. Light aroma of gooseberry and white grape. Taste betrays an intense farmyard funkiness with sexy-dirty earthy notes and a shitload of tart. Lemon juice and more intense gooseberry in the long finish and aftertaste. Medium to heavy carbonation. Damn.

Keg at Beatnikz Republic, Manchester. Pours light hazed pale straw with a smidge of white head. Dry, light vinous with notes of gooseberries & citrus. Light to medium body with light carbonation.
