Fallacy is a collaborative beer, brewed between ourselves and Brewdog Tower Hill brewing-maestro Sven Kerstens. As mutual fans of ‘no coast’ brewing, we set out to brew a beer that highlights our favourite aspects of IPAs without being constrained to the limits of one particular style. Fallacy is a 6% IPA boasting bold, tropical, and sticky-juicy characteristics. Brewed with Norwegian super yeast Voss Kveik, Fallacy is liberally dry hopped with four New World hops, which are complemented by a malt base of barley, wheat, and oats. This combination produces a beer with a richly complex hop character, but with a body rounded and silky enough to give it surprising sessionability. Fallacy is unfiltered with a natural haze (meaning it is suitable for vegans) and best enjoyed when stored cold and drunk as fresh as possible.
