Tap at Brewdog Reading, March 2018. Pours black with a beige head. Aroma: liquorice, dark fruits, caramel, treacle, nuts, vinous barrel hints. Taste: dark fruits, liquorice, figs, raisins, sweet caramel, barrel. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Bottle from McHughs. Dark brown with a medium head. Aroma of malt. Flavour is nutty malt, some boozy fruit, licorice and caramel, smooth fruit finish

On tap at Brewdog Tower Hill, London Saturday 12th May 2018 in the company of Ang, Jackie, Simon etc. Pours very dark brown with a slim light beige head. Nice softness, a light tang, fruity, good malty bite. Good berries, I like this. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
