Handpull cask at the King's Head, Leicester.amber and clear with a smallish off-white head. Light aroma, quite malty with a hint of mulled cider. Tastes sweet, and there's a moment in the sip where it's replendent with fresh strawberry juice and light brown sugar. The finish however is surprisingly dry. So... average start, wonderful middle, ho-hum end. I expected more but didn't quite get it.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol, 26/12/2016. Pale amber in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Aroma of green herbs, leafy hops and sweetish cereals. Flavour had stone fruits and biscuity malts, before a dryish finish. Good.
