Denna serie presenteras i oktober varje år i samband med Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival. Idéen är att alltid brygga en begränsad mängd extrem öl enligt ett nytt recept varje gång. 2010 brygde vi en Imperial Stout, 2011 brygde vi en Imperial IPA och 2012 en Imperial Brown Ale med lätt karamellsötma, markerad efterbeska och en tydlig vaniljarom. Humlesorterna Pacific Gem och Super Alpha ger toner av citrongräs, svarta vinbär, tallbarr och örter.

Beer share at Lennarts, Malmö - Dark Amber brown pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is sweet malty with lots of caramel and treacle, some dried fruit, sweet malty with spices into the close.

Flaska från SB, årgång 2012. Smak och doft av karamell, vanilj, svarta vinbär, halstabletter, brunt socker, sirap, torkad frukt med toner av honung. Ojämn, alkoholen slår igenom i övrigt lagom sötma och beska.

Flaska från SB. Enligt ryktet väldigt söt och fick därför stå ett tag. Lite lagringstecken, madeira men fortfarande ändå väl söt och och stark. Lite som en sämre bw. Små godis med lätt cassissmak. Ok.

Bottle at TSODRBSG 13. Brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is vanilla, roasted malt, caramel, hop. Flavour is vanilla, alcohol, roasted malt, caramel, hop. OK beer.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Danish Summer Gathering, TSODRBSG13 ].[ Trade by omhper ]. Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, caramel, candy, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130831]

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2013. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy head. Vanilla, caramel, roast, bread and a whiff of alcohol. Tasty!

Bottle, 9%. Dark amber/brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, little chocolate and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, fruit, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet, hops, vanilla and medium bitter.
