med dark brown color. Molasses citrusy hops, wood dark chocolate. Very lovely nose. Decent smooth malty backbone with fairly aggressive hopping but found this beer would work better on keg than cask. Moderate bitter finish without much flavor .

Cask at EBF XV, 08/08/13. Light black with a mahoosive creamy light tan head. Nose is a little thin, light roast malts, dark fruit tang, paper. Taste comprises toffee, biscuit, light roast, dark fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate. An Ok mild more so in look and feel than flavour as I’d have expected a little more depth and taste from a 4.7% example of this style.
