Bottle many big thanks to Bunce. I gather the beer has been aged a few years. Frankly, I think it’s peaking now. Rather nice bready pale malts. Soft yeast expression understated. Mellow oxidation.

Bottle thanks to Bunce. It pours clear deep red with a small white cap. The aroma is sweet, oily, sticky, sappy, resin, raisin, sultana, cola cubes and wood. The taste is smooth, slick sappy, oily, resin, bitter - sweet, woody, raisin, sultana, toasted fruit cake, cola cubes and muted alcohol presence with smooth finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Has aged well

30/12/2018. Bottle from Guardaparque, Ushuaia. Pours amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, boiled veg, malt, caramel, fig biscuit and molasses syrup. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Not great but kind of grew on me.

Bottle (bought from BA, BB 01/2015)
Clear amber color, small white head. Caramelly, some harsh grainyness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Front is fruity caramel, then some malty and a bit harsh notes. Sweetish, a bit almost lagerish amber ale. Could be a bit more freshier.
