Draught@brewpub. Amber colour, mediumsized white foamy longlasting head, which leaves good lace. Aroma is floral, some funk, mild dry wooden tones with some spicy yeast too. Flavour is pretty much the same, but also has some tannin-like dry tones.

amber color, small steady white head. Fruity, tart nose. Medium-bodied. Grassy, Saison yeasty, a bit earthy. Quite light beer for this ABV.

Aroma has some berries and funky saisony tones. Also some grapefruit. Flavour is somewhat tart with fruity tomes, some biscuits and apricot. Tart and refreshing.

Pours reddish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of ripe fruits, tartness, yeast and berries. Taste is smooth, tarnish and fruity with some berries and funky yeastiness. Finish is tarnish and fruity with some yeastiness. Okay.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700.Unclear hazy matt medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity, berry tart, brett. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic, and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, fruit sweet, brett notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130522]

At Fermentoren - in May. Hazy amber with a firm and lasting off-white head. Funky brett aroma with a fruity note - like an Orval with dried apricot on the side. Dry and bretty flavour with lots of malt, some fruity and grassy notes and a quite bitter finish

Draft @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty bretty woody aroma. Fruity malty woody bretty spicy yeasty flavor. has a fruity malty spicy bretty woody wine finish.

Draught, 6.3% at the brewpub. Good malty and fruity aroma. Cloudy dark red brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour has a little vanilla and a good subtle acetic note from the red wine barrel or yeast - or both, I guess.

Tap @ Fermentoren. Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, brett, yeast, caramel and fruit. Flavour is malt, brett, yeast, caramel, fruit, little dry, bitter, little acid and spices.

Draught at Papsøs 25K Celebration Bash, Fermentoren. Red-brown coloured body topped by a thin layer. Dotted spots to the glass. Tart fruity smell. Sweet and tart taste of dry lemon and ripe oranges, vinous on the swallow. Drinkable, rather bland though (Copenhagen, 21.05.2013).
