Flaske delt med skibsrederen etter endt tapping av Thorfinns Jul 2: uklar oransjeaktig kobber med fint skum. Aroma og smak av hvetemalt, banan, tyggis, nellik og litt citrus. Rett fra kjøleskapet er den frisk og lettdrikkelig, med en mildt avrundet bitterhet i den halvsøte ettersmaken. Slank kropp, på grensen til tynn. Noe såpeaktig helt mot slutten?

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 15.12.16. Muddy orange. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma of over-ripe bananas, caramel and berries. Similar taste. Slightly soapy aftertaste.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a huge slightly off-white head. Quite lively when opening and also the carbonation level is a bit high. Wheaty, banaish and some zesty and yeasty notes in the aroma. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some yeast, mild wooden notes as well as some toffee and mild ripe fruitiness.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orange-goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty yeasty. Fruity notes of apricot. Finish still mild. Quite drinkable, but could be more intense.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace.Hazy - murky light matt, light dark orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, citrus notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, fruity, banana, caramel. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130726]

Mild hefiger, angenehm herber Antrunk. Süffig, geringe Intensität ohne wässrig zu sein. Zum Ende allerdings sehr mild, noch wenig hefig und etwas helles Getreide. 11/10/9/7/9/9
