Tartish, zesty and slightly funky with some fruits, citrus and mild sourness. Complex and tasty, nice.

LCI. Lactic, citrus, lemon cream. Farmy, dry saison. Lovely funk, lingering. Then some sherbet bombs.

Bottle at the House of Hops US beer tasting, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is funky yeast. The flavour is moderate sour, with a super dry, yeasty, peachy, acidic funky yeast, oaky palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Gnarly fruity oaky flavors all over. Thick citrus upfront, vanilla oaky softness, tart tangy bite of a finish but it's short and sweet

750mL bottle at LC member party, 1/18/25.
Clear deep brass. Thick, white head.
Stone fruit-like acidity up front followed by a bit of oak, moderate malt and mild, lactic and moderate Brett acidity. Vanilla, honey, soft funk and rich, long acids.
Big burst of apricot and nectarine-like character, juicy and bright, with a soft, very malty texture with fun oak and gentle funk. Begins to get quite sour before relaxing on the finish with more malt and fruitiness.

Intensely tart! Perhaps more than would be ideal for me. Smell is complex, light acetone, black pepper, citrus. Taste leans a little heavy on acid but still quite delicious. Cool to get to try it!
