Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2013 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sugar. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, messy, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130523]

100ml tap at Hornbeer’s exhibition stand, Ølfestival København 13. Dark amber body, tan-coloured head. Fragile lacing. Dried fruity aroma. Dark fruity taste, hints of apricots, supported by mid-sweet, caramel malts. Marmalade impression. Dark fruit bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Masked alcohol. Pleasant (Copenhagen, 24.05.2013).

DØE. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grainy, fruity and a little alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with a little alcohol. 230513

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Amber colour, no head. Aroma is sweet malts, alcohol, some toffee and mild herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, wooden along with some nectar, toffee and quite nice bitterness to it. Nicely balanced, and good doppelbock, even though a bit on the hoppier side.

Draught at KØ13. Sour aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Small stable off-white head. The flavour is sourish and not so clean. Very good, creamy mouthfeel.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty and light grassy. Toasted malty, caramelish and light bitter. Medium bitter and toasted malty. Caramelish and toasted malty.
