Tap at William IV. Orange coloured, not much head. Aroma is apricot and sourness. Taste similar, puckering, bit of fruit, more sourness. Nice but a bit one dimensional.

Keg tap at the Old Coffee House, Soho, 09/10/13. Hazed golden with a thin off white covering. Nose is earthy, tarte apricot, vegetal notes, light balsamic tang. Not the best nose, deliberated between 5 and 6. Taste is better, lemon sherbet, light acedic notes, tarte apricot, charred straw. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation with a little prickle, crisp finish with a little acidic throat scrape. Decent enough sour.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours hazy yellow with a small frothy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is slightly sour, slightly malty and slightly fruity with buttered crackers, dried apricots, lemon juice, cereal, dry wood, wheat flour and hints of melted butter. Taste is sour and fruity with buttered crackers, sour milk, dried apricots, hay, wheat flour, dry soil, clotted cream and lemon juice. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp, dry, slightly tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, dried apricots, hay, lemon zest, unflavoured yoghurt and dry soil. Not a fan of butter in my sours.

Tap Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 3. Pours hazy gold with a fine, white cream head. Tangy lacto nose, hints of tart fruits. Bracing but balanced sourness in the flavor, light sweetness, good jammy apricot essence. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean and fresh to finish with punchy tart bite, more tangy fruits. Superb.

Keg at euston tap. Cloudy orange thin reluctant white film head. Aroma is oak acid and green Apple. I get very little apricot. Avid and oak dominate . Not convinced.
