Black body, with a small, tan head. Aroma of bourbon, booze, moderate smoke, soy sauce, dark chocolate. Tastes similar, with a bit more bourbon. Oily mouthfeel. Finishes warm, quite boozy, roasty, moderately smokey, with soy sauce and some chocolate. Solid BBA Imperial Stout. Well integrated smoke notes, although I was hoping for more in the vein of stuff like Schlenkerla, which would fit very well here. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 4 / 14

12oz can at home. Black color, small white head. Smells smoky, whisky, vanilla, light peat. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peat, earthy, herbal, whisky, bitter chocolate, bit nutty. Finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of smoky, vanilla and pepper notes. Nice stuff overall

Black with a medium sized brown head. Bitter, roasty, woody and mildly smoky with notes of red meat and bourbon. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
