A German-style golden lager brewed with imported German pils malt and Saaz and Hallertau hops. This light-bodied beer offers a gentle, dry finish. A perennial favorite in the Sly Fox pubs and our brewer's go-to session beer.

Bright clear pale gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Mild minerals. Clean malt, a little lagerish. Very light touch of paper, nothing serious. Forensic trace of hops. Dry finish. Okay.

12 oz can purchased at Pinocchio’s Beer Garden in Media, Pennsylvania. The can opens with a pull tab type pull-top which opens pretty much the entire top of the can (as pictured). The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with a one inch white that falls loosely. The aroma is hay malt grain and an earthy hop. The taste is the elements of the nose, malt grain and earth hops - clean and balanced. Nice bright finish. The palate is medium to light bodied with a softer carbonation. Nice one.
