On tap at the brewpub. The first commercially available pilsener actually brewed in the village of Tau after more than 100 years. Slightly hazy deep golden to orange colour, small white head. Unexpectedly fruity aroma with hints of plums, also floral notes. Medium sweet (too sweet for a pilsener, really) and malty flavour with a hint of caramel, some bittering hops.
