500 ml unlabelled bottle, from the brewery. Deep brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of yeast, solvent and Christmas spices, including cinnamon. The flavour is medium sweet, with caramel, cinnamon and other Christmas spices, hints of raisins. Will almost cetratainly improve by being matured further. Till next winter, perhaps?
