500ml bottle from Share House in Moscow. Pours slightly hazy gold (the label says it is unfiltered, despite being a Kristallweizen) with a tall white head. Aroma is bananas and yeast. Taste is light sweet, bananas, white bread. Light bitter finish. Light bodied. Good to see this practically forgotten style reappear.

Appearance: Clear pale golden with a moderate white frothy head of mediocre retention. Aroma: Malt, banana, other esters, light clove. Taste: Pure. Light sweet, fruity. Banana, overripe apples, light clove. Low bitterness. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary. Fitting the style well. OK. As for me would use some hop.
