Keg at the King William IV, Bunny Basher ’15, 05/04/15. Almost black with a decent tan covering. Nose is tarte red berry, raspberry zing, light citric, hint of acidity, earthy red berry rasps. Taste comprises tarte raspberries, berry stained straw, acidic sparkle, tangy red berry, damp wood, red grape skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, zingy red berries riding a subtle acidic wave leading to puckerings at the Urban Seafaring docks. Solid tangy berry sour in top form delivering refreshment. Presumed this was a ’Linner !?

Keg@CBC2013 Dark red, opaque color, small steady pinky head. Intensive blackberry aroma, maybe some lactic notes. Light to medium bodied. Loveable fresh berries in the tart flavor. Refreshing. Lingering tartness in the aftertaste. Great!

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Day 2, Session 1. Pours clear, dark red-brown with a foamy, tan-red head. Lacto tang nose with suggestions of jammy dark berries. Good tart berry flavor with light sweat, low sweetness, dried berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with zippy tartness and faint mineral dryness. Fresh and very cleansing overall.
