Draft. A dark golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, straw, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, straw, and lemons.

Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade 35, DK-2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark.Unclear medium to dark orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grass, resin, light spruce. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, fruity, resin notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130523]

Draught@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Golden colour, small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, wooden, nectary, some mild caramelly and earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, raisins, nectar, grass and some maltyness to balance it up. Nice bitter floral and grassy, although quite sweet aftertaste.

From tap. Poura hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and light citrusy. Grapefruity, peachy and citrusy. Bitter and grapefruity into a crisp hoppy finish.

A hazed amber IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, excellent mix of catty and floral hops, Nelson Sauvin, fruity cotton candy, nice. In mouth, a smooth floral hops with catty notes, floral hops, loads of citrus notes, well done. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.
