clear yellow, smooth white head. deep malty, very hoppy bitter and slightly hoppy aromatic flowery american bitter aroma. Not at all amateur, seems pretty planned, and it is a very bitter ipa aroma. Flavor is also very malty and over the top bitter hoppy, it ends a little bit too much in the monster malty monster bitter hoppy area, compared to my taste, but this one is surely a hop monster that you don’t want to miss. the hops are not amerian, just hoppy bitter hoppy bitter. bitter bitter.. subtle nuances in the flavor profile reveals this is a darn good beer out of spain.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 14A/B, adapted). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L:150130. AROMA: balanced resinous and slight citric hop aroma with a moderate sweet and caramelly malt note. slight cheesy note maybe from old and oxidized hops. APPEARANCE: golden amber color and translucent. medium slight ivory head with medium retention. TASTE: overall hop flavour with a slight resinous character. mild background of sweet malt providing a balanced towards the hops. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry finish and slightly bitter. PALATE: medium-light body with moderate carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a good standard IPA with a balance towards the hops.

Bottle at House of Beers, Thonglor, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast malt light resin hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a resin woody hop citrus light toothpaste palate. Mediun bodied with soft carbonation. Lots going on here. A great IPA.

Bottle from Corto Ingles. Quite leafy, minerally and hayish aroma Handsome dark golden, off-white creamy head. Medium full mellow body, tinny dry mouthfeel Fruity fat malt base, leafy, herbal and earthy hop base with some orange peel aromatics. Not sure what they went for here, imperial english IPA? Doesn’t quite work, feels strange and unharmonic.

33cl bottle, bbe 03/16. Euro local swap 6. Thanks teddybeer! Deep amber, hazy, thick white head. Sweet fruity, yeasty, malty aroma. Flavor has malt, tropical fruits, like papaya and citrus with some caramel. Long sweet, but quite crisp finish. Quaffable. Like a mix between new and old world IPA. Hint of metal. Tasty.
