An exclusive Advent special that combines the refinement of two types of barrel aging: matured in both orange brandy and Armagnac barrels for a luxurious flavor experience, perfect for a festive winter evening.
The aroma reveals deep notes of figs and dried fruit, dark chocolate, and subtle vanilla from the oak barrel. The first sip unveils a rich fruitiness with warm citrus nuances from the orange brandy barrels.
The Armagnac barrel aging adds layered depth and a surprisingly smooth finish, lingering on the palate and inviting you back for another sip.
We chose to keep the carbonation low, creating a velvety texture that gives the beer the feel of a refined liqueur.
There’s just enough fizz to bring out the full potential of the aroma, flavor, and finish.
In the base beer, we kept the roast subtle and emphasized malts with biscuit and caramel tones, allowing the delicate fruity and spicy notes from both the orange brandy and Armagnac barrels to shine through.
This is one unlike any other, enjoy!

6/II/25 - 37.5cl bottle from Moersleutel webshop @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: n/a (2025-116) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!
Clear dark brown to black beer, small to no head. Aroma: very oxidized, malty, sweet, good roast, some coffee, caramel. MF: soft to no carbon, full body, very creamy texture. Taste: very sugary start, lots and lots of caramel, soft roast, way too sugary and sweet actually, some coffee notes. Aftertaste: sugary, mocha, some chocolate, a hint of coffee, alcohol, butterscotch, not bad, but too sweet, sticky and cloying to be really good.

Bottle thanks to my bro. It pours like motor oil... Darkest brown to black with minimal head. The aroma is dark and decadent, ultra dark roasted malt, oily, vanilla, dark chocolate bounty bar, whisky fudge, coffee cake, tiramisu, brandy snaps, cinder toffee, burnt toast and warming booze. The taste is slick, bitter - sweet, oily, sticky, chewy, toothy, thicccc, chocolate gateaux, dark chocolate bounty bar, biscuit, quite jammy, tunnocks teacake, wagon wheel, vanilla fudge, warming boozey filth, whisky, brandy, fortified wines, crunchie, toasted fruit cake, Eccles cake and toasty brown sugars with a slick, oily mouth feel. Full body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. It is indecent indulgent and thick, fun though.
