Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, dark amber colored. AROMA- fruity-strawberry, dark berries, cherry, plums, floral. FLAVOR- dry, bitter, a bit sour, dark berries, strawberry, plums. Medium to fuller bodied. More some type of Amber Ale than IPA. And quite good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours out a dark golden copper topped with a sand head. Nose is light citrus some light malts and a little pine. Taste is more of the light hops a mellow malt bill and a little bitterness on the end.

On tap at 7 Stern, Vienna, Austria. February 2014. Shared with lovely Anja, Dražen, Pero and others! Hazy amber, average frothy off-white head. Fruity hops and candy. Strangely sweet with some fake bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation, lingering finish. This is not really an IPA.

had a brilliant citrusy nose, a clean malty palate supported by juicy hops and a moderate, but certainly not overwhelming finish. This could easily compete with anything in the PNW and this beer really blew me away (at least when I tried it in 2004)

amber / brownish, cloudy color, big white head which evaporates quickly. light malty smell, overall not a lot to smell here, especially not the typical fruit smells. medium body, very slick feeling on the tongue, light peppery notes, very light banana, some hemp / grains, light alcoholic taste, very light / subtle sweetness but not very obvious / well integrated, some grapefruit / other fruits noticable after a bit, light bitter finish, smooth drinking. good but a bit untypical

Pours a dark amber/light brown color, topped with a decent off-white head - very decent retention. Malty aroma with notes of fruits and some nutty notes as well. Some caramel also picked up. Taste is sweet, quite some caramel notes, later on also some fruity notes. Spicy finish. Pretty good.
