Cask at George, Croydon. It pours clear red-brown with a medium beige head. The nose is wood, varnish, caramel, juicy, dried fruit, spice and earth. The taste is wood, caramel, earth, varnish, light toast, juicy, touch of pepper, resin, good bitterness and spice. Medium body and fine carbonation. I rather enjoyed this one. Good balance and well integrated flavour.
