Cask at the Harp - London. Pours clear, amber-gold with a tight, frothy off-white head. The nose is yeast and urine with some ripe tangerine and papaya. Medium sweet flavor with bready malts, light yeast, nice and juicy hops of tropical fruit persuasion, mild grass, pee. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Good condition. Moderately sweet to finish with decent dryness, further yeasty bread, mild spices, some dried fruits, piss, ripening tropical fruits. Great stuff. Well nuanced.

Cask gravity at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. Clear dark reddish brown. Lasting white head. Galaxy actually over shadows the Belgian yeast. Bit of good hop on finish. Overall pretty good.
