Cask at Marine Hotel, Stonehaven. It pours clear yellow - gold with h a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is bready, biscuit, soft, sweet, orange blossom and a touch peach & apricot. The taste is firmly dry, pleasing bitterness, snappy, firm, grassy, straw, floral, peppery spice and waxy citrus peel with a drying finish. Light body and soft, fluffy carbonation. Nice easy going stuff.
