Draught @ CBC2013. Pours amber with a frothy beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small soapy trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with bread, grapefruit juice, orange/lemon peal, grapefruit rinds, grass, pine, resinous wood and caramel. Taste is heavy bitter with caramel, grapefruit rinds, lemon/orange peal, grass, soil, resinous wood and hints of black currant leaves and lemon balm. Mouthfeel is soft, heavy astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with lemon/orange peal, grapefruit rinds, grass, pine and hints of caramel.

Cask (gravity) @ CBC 2013 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Siren Liquid Mistress Red IPA ].Unclear medium to dark orange - red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, carame, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange, blood orange, wood, orange - grapefruit zest. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, dry, caramel, hoppy, fruity, orange - blood orange. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 2. Pours cloudy red-brown with a big, beige cream head. Pine and citrus rind in the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with strong juicy citrus character, orange and melon. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately resinous to finish, some citrus peel, orange, light pine, more melon. Nice stuff.

CBC. Cloudy dark amber beer, little white head. Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Rich fruits! Great Pink Grapefruit - not too bitter. Lesser generic fruits underneath. Mild hop bitterness. Finishes semi dry.

Cloudy copper with a thickand lasting tan head. Aroma of tangerine and candied fruit. Sweetish fruity flavour with a nice bitterness. Long and intense grapefruit aftertaste

From cask. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light pine hoppy. Sweet, light fruity and toasted malty flavoured. Bitter and mellow. Light yeasty. Medium dry and roasted malty finish.

[5/4/13] Cask at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Murky red-amber. Resinous hops aroma with some fruitiness and citrus peels. Flavor has light sweetness, hops bitterness, and red grapefruit peels. Medium-bodied.
