Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer, residual tan head. Light semi dry palate. The malt has sweet caramel and a little toffee! Mild floral sweetness. Mild marmalade hops with a sprinkle of dried fruits. Semi dry finish. Curious beer but I liked it.
