Can at LC member party, 1/17/25.
Dark, unclear. No head.
But if brown sugar and light char with a sweeter bourbon element instead of the usual spiciness. Vanilla and dark chocolate with no alcohol.
Still a bit young and light raw though not hot. The fresh beer shows through heavily adding a bit more sweetness than I'd prefer. Lots of chocolate, caramel and a bit of bitterness with warming barrel and alcohol. Medium to full bodied but not syrupy.
