First of a new range of Single Hop Varietal beers, this beer features Goldings hops from Finchcocks’ hop garden in Goudhurst, Kent. The beer is triple hopped: hops are added at the beginning of the boil for bitterness, at the end of the boil for flavour and aroma and is finally dry-hopped to get the full flavour of these wonderful hops. Westerham Brewery is committed to supporting the hop farmers of Kent.

Cask handpull at Market Porter. I like Westerham, but this was just so full of diacetyl that I drank about a 1/3 of a pint and left the rest. 2 fairly beer geeky people next to me, quite liked it.
