Draught@CPH BF 2013 (as Jydske Ale No 1). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, mild caramel as well as some syrup and mild toffee. Flavour is fruity, floral, caramelly, wooden and mildly toffeeish with some slight tart wooden notes as well.

Draught at KØ13 as Jydske Bryghuse Ale No 1. Hazy dark brown colour. Very small white head. The flavour is citric and malty. Seems a little infected.

Sampled at Ølfestival København 13, as Jydske Bryghus Ale No.1, 5.3% abv. Thin tan-coloured head over coal black body. Malty and dried fruits on the nose. Brown, black and earthy malts in the flavour profile. Resin-like bitterness to the ending. Decent brown ale version (Tap 1, Copenhagen 25.05.2013).

From tap. Pours clear and golden brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Toasted malty, caramelish. Toasted and light bitter. Light caramelish.

Tap @ Cockney Pub, Aarhus. Hazy brown with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and something strange. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. There seems to be a small infection. 080513

Tap @ Cockney. Clear dark brown with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, bread, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter
