Odense catch-up from the cellar. Copper with a lasting off-white head. Fruity aroma with malt and a hint of ashtray. Sweet fruity, malty and smoked flavour. The smoke always seems like an off-note

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, reddish brown with a neat, beige head. Sweet aroma of ripe plums. Medium body, sweet, caramellish maltiness with quite some ashtray and smoke and a dryish finish. A rather odd creation, but not exactly terrible. 110214

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours slightly cloudy dark copper brown with airy but stable beige head. Complex aroma of malt, caramel, hops, spice, and fruit. Roasted and hoppy onset, giving way to sweetish, malty and caramellish notes, ending dry and roasty. High carbonation. Not bad, just too smoky for a plain brown ale.
