Lovely fresh lager, brewed with caramel malt which contributes flavour and colour, in addition to which sweet gale from the nature around Skagen has been added.

A delicious companion to a delicious lunch, or an evening meal with fish or poultry.

On tap at ØlFestival 2012. It’s an unclear, golden-colored beer topped by a small, white head. Myrica gale, grass and some pale malts in the aroma. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, flowery notes and the grass and gale found in the aroma. Medium body, dry. A refreshing beer, with a lovely myrica gale flavor, but as most beers focused on myrica gale, it gets somehow boring and uninteresting. 120512
