Støckel Pale Ale is brewed with barley malt and hop. The beer is of a pale golden colour and topped by a dense, white froth.
Støckel Pale Ale is of an intensive and fresh aroma of passionfruit and citrus, rendered by the hop. An inviting scent of malt lie hidden at the back of this aroma. The refreshing character of the hop is also experienced on the palate where the citric taste is most prominent. The malt lends a perfect contrast to the bitterness of the hop, enveloping it in its velvety body. This perfect balanced comes forth in the aftertastes: a sweet beer of full body, and yet fresh.
Støckel Pale Ale goes well with marinated herring, chicken/bacon sandwiches, fried fish or very spicy Asian food.

bardzo ciekawy zapach, syrop z kwiatów czarnego bzu z cytryną, do tego lekka dzikość i ziołowe nuty, razem bardzo fanie wychodzi. gdzieś z tyłu bardzo lekka nuta stęchlizny. barwa bardzo jasna, równomiernie zmętniona, bez grudek. piana średnia i raczej krótka. w smaku wytrawne, wręcz wodniste, trochę nut kartonowych, łodygowych i bzu, ale nic mocnego. goryczka bardzo niska, trzeba jej się sporo naszukać. nasycenie średnie do wysokiego

50cl can @ home. Clear orange color, medium sized quite quickly diminishing white head. Smell malts, slightly sweet, slightly grass. Taste lightly malts, pale malts, a hint of fruits, a bit sweet-bitter. Average body, soft to average carbonation.

Can from Super Brugsen - golden orange pour with a medium white head. Sweet citrus and malts,grass, caramel. herbal and floral notes as some floral and grassy notes. Pretty decent quality (especially for the price)

Can 500ml.Clear light dark yellow colour with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus, hoppy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, pale lager, fruity, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130629]

Can@CPH BF 2013. Pale orangeish golden colour with a small head. Aroma is sweet malts, some slight caramel as well as some floral and grassy notes. Flavour is sweet and quite crispy maltiness along with some floral and herbal bitterness to it.
