IPA in stile New England brassata con malto pale, malto di frumento e avena. Il frumento e le Golden Naked Oats danno morbidezza al corpo. La birra si presenta di colore dorato carico e torbida. Ha aromi di agrumi e frutta a pasta gialla (mango ananas), al gusto risulta rotonda e poco amara, con un sapore spiccatamente fruttato che rispecchia l’aroma. Luppolata con Simcoe Citra ed Eldorado. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, frumento, avena, luppolo, lievito.

Lattina. Il naso riconosce indizi di frutta tropicale. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di apparenza opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, arancia, resina, pino, lime, mango, papaya e frutta tropicale.

Tap at let it beer Viareggio. Hazy color fizzy white head persistent. Flavor of vinegary rotten fruit, cranberry sourness mild citrus, thin maltnprofile ptobably oats, Winey finish, sourish , kind of yeasy, some spiciness.

Keg at GBBF 2023 - day 1. Pours lightly hazed orange-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of pale bread crust, citrus peel, straw. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes with more crusty pale malts, lemon rind, melon. Not bad.

GBBF Day 1. Keg. Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Airy creamy malts. Floral hops, mild floral citrus. Modest hop spice. Light finish. Alright.
